Villa Barbara is the smallest of the three villas in the residence of 9000 sqm. The residence is completely fenced-in and with a large green area with grass, pine trees, olives tree, citrus plants. The residence is located in a quiet and restricted area far from city’s noise.
The house is almost 40 sqm and is about 20 mt from the other villas. It is made up of a living room with cooking corner and sofa-bed, 1 bathroom and a double bedroom with 1 king size bed.
The house is equipped with air conditioning and an anti-theft device, which is connected to security main office. The entrance is in front of the swimming pool and beside the house there is a feature barbecue, made of stones where you can enjoy grilling delicious meat that you can buy from the local farm, known for its genuine meat. Beside the barbecue there is a wide umbrella made by wood and covered by palms leaves, that you can sit under for a cool breakfast or to enjoy a drink during the afternoon
