Villa Nadia is the biggest of the three villas in the residence of 9000 sqm. The residence is completely fenced-in and has a large green area with grass, pine trees, olives tree, and citrus plants. The residence is located in a quiet and restricted area far from city’s noise.
Villa Nadia is a two-story house that sleeps 4 plus 3 more with a sofa-bed. It is equipped with air conditioning and an anti-theft device, which is directly connected to security main office. Upstairs you’ll find the sleeping quarters with 2 bedrooms (1 master bedroom) and a bathroom, while downstairs there is the living room with a fireplace, the kitchen and bathroom.
The entrance looks out onto the garden and beside the house there is a feature building with barbecue and wood oven, where you can enjoy preparing tasty pizzas or grilling delicious meat that you can buy from the local farm, known for its genuine meat.
